What should I ask?

Pretty simple, ask whatever you want to know about. Try to keep it appropriate, but otherwise, just be yourself!

Q: Do you prefer to release all of Entheomythic remixes together, or should we expect already finished Mysterious Union remix sooner? It'll be great listening to it even tomorrow :)
A: I definitely want to release all 5 remixes together as an EP. Your patience is kindly appreciated. ;)

Q: in the song desert nomad, there is what i think to be a sample, beginning at 5:43. someone singing from a minaret, would you be kind enough to share your source?
A: Sure. It is Badoui voice samples from the Zero-G World Pack "Middle Eastern Sounds" chopped up, arranged, and processed through Melodyne and a chain of effects. :)

Q: What other artists would you like to remix / collaborate with in the future?
A: Anymore, I never really give it much consideration unless a remix opportunity is presented that seems appealing or potentially rewarding.

Q: Is this coincidence that whereas songs from Efflorescence and Entheomythic seem to be musically uniform, those from Emotivision are musically diverse and they differ from each other more?
A: Being my first album, I learned a lot of things during the production process of Emotivision and continue to learn more every day. Consistency comes with experience. The uniformity you perceive in the later releases was definitely intentional. I had a better handle on what I was doing and took more care and patience in crafting the sound.

Q: 1. When should we expect Entheomythic Remixes? Could you tell sth bout project?:)
2. Are You going to make a performance in one of the big European psychedelic festivals, f.e. Ozora or Boom?:)
Cheers!
A: 1. "Entheomythic Remixes" EP will be 5 select songs from Entheomythic all remixed by me. A couple are finished already (Synchromystic remix and Mysterious Union remix) and will get to working on the rest once I finish the new Distant System album. I'm talking with a label about releasing the EP and hopefully it will be out before the end of 2012.

2. No one has contacted me as of yet. We will have to wait and see what the future holds. ;)

Q: How did you come up with the name Androcell? :)
A: I discovered the term invented by Krafft Ericke in "The Extraterrestrial Encyclopedia". Ericke explains his concept clearly in his essay "The Extraterrestrial Imperative". Someone has now turned it into a pocket book form as well.

You can view it here:

I was very inspired by what I read in the encyclopedia, especially with the part about a new beginning. Since I was beginning a new project all on my own it just made sense.

For me, Androcell represents an "innercosm" or internal environment that I am continually building through music for people to access and inhabit through sensory imagination and emotion. It is an intentional, internal structure for the human mind and spirit to find joy, excitement, heal, and/or rejuvenate.

Q: When is your next full length album out?
A: The next full-length Androcell studio album will not likely be out until some time in 2013.

There is a high probability of an "Entheomythic Remixes" EP coming out in 2012.

I can be almost certain my second Distant System project full-length studio album will be released in 2012.

Q: Where do you take your inspirations from, and by saying that I mean both music and world around you?
A: This is one of the main questions I'm often asked. So with much deliberation on the matter I have reached the conclusion that it is the possibilities of all that exists in our universe and beyond that I am most inspired by. The possibilities of what can be expressed with sound, music, and the tools to create it. The possibility that the sound created may help open up something deep inside others unlocking their own emotional and existential mysteries through sonic magic. I'm inspired by the innate ability to be able to musically celebrate these endless possibilities of what seems to be all around us. The ever possibility of what can be transformed.

Q: Hello, I was wondering if you would reveal what the distorted spoken sample on "Fungus Garden" is saying, the one that ends with "---mushroom, listen to the music wind itself around you"
A: Hello!

The vocals are:

"Sitting in a garden of fungus on a mushroom. Listen to the music play as it surrounds you."

Cheers! ;)
